基于生命周期理论的有机米碳足迹分析——以金寨县高山有机米为例

【摘要】 文中基于生命周期理论,利用金寨县高山有机米实地调研数据,分析并计算我国有机米在农业生产、加工处理、运输、餐饮消费以及废弃处理等环节的碳足迹。结果显示,每千克高山有机米的碳足迹为1.44kg,农业生产阶段为碳足迹消耗的主要阶段,占据碳足迹排放总量的45%。其次为餐饮消费阶段占22%、加工阶段和运输阶段各占15%、最后为废弃处理阶段仅占3%。同时,通过与国内其他稻米碳排放的比较,发现每千克有机米的碳排放量显著高于非有机米的碳排放量,这与有机米的产量较低有关。文中认为在发展有机米产业时,应在提升有机米单位面积产量的同时推广产地直销策略,以降低农业成本并逐步向低碳可持续的农业发展。

【Abstract】 Based on the life cycle theory, we analyzed and calculated the carbon footprint of organic rice in stages of production, processing, transportation, catering consumption and waste disposal in China by using the field survey data of organic rice in high mountains in jinzhai county. The results show that the carbon footprint of every kilogram of alpine organic rice is 1.44 kg, and the agricultural production stage is the main stage of carbon footprint consumption, accounting for 45% of the total carbon footprint emissions. The second stage is the catering consumption stage, which accounts for 22%, the processing stage and the transportation stage each accounts for 15%, and the final stage is the waste disposal stage, which accounts for only 3%. At the same time, the carbon emission of organic rice is significantly higher than that of non-organic rice, which is related to the low yield of organic rice. In order to reduce the cost of agriculture and gradually develop to low-carbon and sustainable agriculture, the strategy of direct selling of producing area should be promoted while the yield of organic rice per unit area should be increased.
