后现代主义视角下浙江德清民宿游客行为研究

【摘要】 随着国民经济的不断发展,人们出游经验的不断丰富,传统的大众旅游很难能满足人们追求个性化、注重情感和体验的旅游需求。极具个性化、情感化、体验化、不断发展的后现代旅游逐渐受到人们的关注,而起步不久但发展迅速的民宿旅游无疑是当前热度较高的后现代旅游形式之一。在市场的推动下,民宿数量不断增长,越来越多的游客以体验而不是观光、度假或其他的原因为主要因素去民宿开展旅游活动。民宿游作为集小众化、个性化、体验化、情感化、日常化为一体的新兴旅游形式,越来越多的地区将目标投向民宿游客。后现代主义的研究起步较早,并在多个领域产生影响,但后现代旅游兴起时间短,现有研究多集中在后现代旅游的定义、特征上,对后现代旅游的旅游形式、旅游者行为等方面研究较少。同时民宿旅游作为乡村旅游延伸,现有的研究主要集中在民宿业的发展、影响,经营管理者的态度、行为,游客体验,市场营销,主客关系等方面,对民宿游客行为的系统研究较少,本文在系统的梳理和阐述国内外相关研究和理论、实践成果的基础上,拟通过后现代主义视角对民宿游客的旅游动机、行为、满意度等进行深入研究,找出其特征,以此来丰富后现代旅游以及民宿游客行为的的研究内容。据此本论文共分为六章内容,如下:第一章介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究内容与方法、技术路线图。第二章的内容梳理、总结、述评了国内国外相关学者的研究内容、方法、结论和不足。寻找各主体之间的交织点,为后续的实证研究提供相关理论基础。第三章至第五章为本文的主体内容,介绍了案例地情况,数据获取、调研、分析过程,样本人口学属性信息,对德清民宿游客出游动机、信息获取渠道、预定行为、游伴选择、游中活动、满意度、再宿意愿等方面进行分析,指出德清民宿游客的后现代主义行为特征。以及人口学属性对动机、活动选择的差异性影响。第六章对本文的研究内容进行总结概括,总结研究结论,指出本研究的不足之处,同时对德清民宿的发展提出建议。本文主要研究结论如下:(1)德清民宿游客中女性较多,年龄较小,但学历水平总体较高,月收入大多处于中高水平,长三角城市为主要客源地。同时,大部分游客选择与亲朋好友一起出游,出游时长较短。(2)游客获取德清民宿的信息多以亲朋好友介绍为主,口碑信息非常重要,同时结合现代移动通讯工具及社交软件获取信息及预定民宿。(3)想要纾解压力、放松身心成为游客们的主要动机,增进同行亲友的感情,提升家庭乐趣、民宿周边有优美的自然景色、增加自己的旅游经历、想要暂离一成不变的生活、想要满足对休闲生活的渴望等动机也占有很大的比率。(4)不同的人口属性对游客的动机、活动选择具有一定的影响,动机及活动选择整体凸显后现代旅游注重个性化、情感交流、个体体验的特征。(5)德清民宿游客的总体满意程度均值为4.01,达到满意,但依然受游客的人口学属性影响,高学历、管理者、空巢或单身阶段、公务人员的满意度较高。卫生条件和舒适度被认为是最重要的因素,但最满意的则是身心愉悦,交通情况的满意度较差,可进入性差,停车难等是游客反映的主要问题;但再宿意愿和推荐意愿都较高。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the national economy and the continuous enrichment of people’s travel experience,the traditional public tourism can hardly meet the tourism needs of people who pursue individuation,pay attention to emotion and experience.The post-modern tourism,which is highly individualized,emotional,experiential and constantly developing,has been paid more and more attention by people.Absolutely the home stay tourism,which has been developing rapidly,is undoubtedly one of the most popular post-modern tourism forms at present.Driven by the market,the number of home-stay tourism accommodation is growing,more and more tourists choose to experience rather than sightseeing,vacation or other reasons for the main factors of home-stay tourism activities.As a new form of tourism which integrates minority,individualization,experience,emotion and daily life,more and more places are aiming at home-stay tourists.The study of post-modernism started earlier and had an impact in many fields.However,the time of post-modern tourism is short,and the existing researches focus on the definition and characteristics of post-modern tourism,and there are few studies on the tourism form of post-modern tourism and tourist behavior.At the same time,as an extension of rural tourism,the existing studies mainly focus on the development and influence of home-stay industry,managers’ attitude and behavior,tourist experience,marketing,subject-guest relationship,etc.There are few systematic studies on the behavior of home-stay tourists.On the basis of systemizing and explaining the relevant research and theories and practical achievements at home and abroad,this paper tries to find out the characteristics form in-depth research about tourist motivation,behavior,satisfaction,use perspective of post – modernism,to enrich the research content of post-modern tourism and home-stay tourist behavior.Based on this,the paper is divided into six chapters,as follows:The first chapter introduces the background,research significance,research content and method,technical roadmap.The second chapter arranges,summarizes and discusses the research contents,methods,conclusions and deficiencies of domestic and foreign scholars.In order to find the intertwined points between the main bodies,and provide the relevant theoretical basis for the subsequent empirical research.The third to fifth chapters are the main contents of this paper.They introduce the case situation,data acquisition,investigation,analysis process,sample demography attribute information,analyze travel motivation,information acquisition channel,reservation behavior,travel partner selection,the activity,satisfaction,the willingness to stay again,and points out the post-modernism behavior characteristics of the tourists in Deqing.As well as the demography attribute to the motive,the activity choice difference influence.The sixth chapter summarizes the research content,summarizes the research conclusions,points out the shortcomings of this study,and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the Deqing residence.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Among the tourists in Deqing,women are more,younger,but the educational level is higher,the monthly income is mostly in the middle and high level,the city of Yangtze River Delta is the main source of tourists.At the same time,most tourists choose to travel with relatives and friends,travel time short.(2)The information that tourists get from Deqing residents is mainly introduced by relatives and friends.Word-of-mouth information is very important.At the same time,modern mobile communication tools and social software are used to obtain information and book lodging.(3)Want to relieve pressure,relax body and mind become the main motivation of tourists,enhance the feelings of relatives and friends,enhance the fun of family,have beautiful natural scenery around the residences,increase their own travel experience,and want to leave the life of the same for a while,satisfy the desire for leisure also accounts for a large proportion.(4)Different demographic attributes have certain influence on tourists’ motivation and choice of activities.Motivation and choice of activities highlight the characteristics of post-modern tourism,such as individualization,emotional exchange and individual experience.(5)The total satisfaction of Deqing residents was 4.01,satisfied,but still affected by the demographic properties of tourists.The satisfaction of high degree of education,management,empty nest or single stage,public servants was higher.Health conditions and comfort were considered as the most important factors,but the most satisfactory was the pleasure of body and mind,the satisfaction of traffic conditions is poor,poor entry and parking difficulties are the main problems of tourists.However,they have higher willingness to stay again and recommend.
