纳米涂层增强碳纳米管阵列界面热输运
Enhancement of Carbon Nanotube Array Interface Thermal Transport Using Nano-coating
【摘要】 为解决电子界面的散热问题,热界面材料逐渐得到人们的关注与发展。由碳纳米管组装而成的阵列材料具备良好导热性能及稳定性。为了进一步改善阵列-热沉界面导热,本文提出在大直径碳管阵列顶端溅射纳米薄膜以有效改善热阻问题。利用3ω法测量获得了纳米薄膜附着前后阵列与热沉接触热阻,结果表明涂层覆盖的阵列表现出极低的界面热阻,阻值大小与表面粗糙度密切相关。研究结果为制备具有优异性能的阵列热界面材料提供了实验指导。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of the electronic devices interface,the thermal interface material has gradually gained people’s attention and development.Carbon nanotubes Array materials have high thermal conductivity and good stability.In order to further improve the heat transfer of the array-heat sink interface,it is proposed to sputter nano-film on the top of the large-diameter carbon tube array to effectively improve the thermal resistance problem.The thermal resistance of the interface between the array and the heat sink before and after the nanofilm attachment was obtained by the 3ω method.The results show that the array covered by the coating exhibits extremely low interfacial thermal resistance,and the resistance is closely related to the surface roughness.The results provide experimental guidance for the preparation of array thermal interface materials with excellent properties.
